					<description>Oh, man, they are even worse in the UK.  And pressing the star key or '0,' or saying the word 'operator' doesn't seem to make any difference.  What is particularly bad is that a lot of 'help line' or 'customer service' numbers are premium-rate, which we call '0870' numbers.
